Virgin Voyages is our primary specialization and the center of our business. We may assist with travel connected to your Virgin Voyages sailing, such as hotels, transfers, excursions, and flights. Separate non-cruise planning may be accepted at our discretion and may require a separate planning fee.
Virgin Voyages cruise-connected planning is included within a defined scope when your sailing is booked through CamJon Travel. Certain services, including flight planning, excess revisions, cancellations, and planning outside the voyage-connected scope, may have fees. We disclose those before the work begins.
Yes. We help Sailors understand dining reservation windows, restaurant strategy, group dining, app timing, first-night recommendations, and what to do when the app looks limited. Some services are best-effort because Virgin controls availability.
Yes. That is the point. We help with app questions, dining timing, hotels, transfers, excursion recommendations, travel protection reminders, document details, and your pre-sailing playbook. As your trip gets closer, we help make sure the important pieces are not slipping through the cracks.
CamJon Travel operates on Eastern Time. We work with Sailors across many time zones, but response expectations, call availability, and support timing are based on our business hours and planning calendar.
